Privacy Policy

What we collect. Information you submit through the access-request, mandate-application, and contact forms (such as name, email, phone, self-declared net-worth band, ticket-size preference, and company/raise details), plus standard analytics data if analytics are enabled.

Why. To assess eligibility for the HNI Circle, evaluate mandate applications, respond to enquiries, and — where you opt in — send insights. We do not sell personal data. Founder submissions are treated as confidential and are not circulated without written consent.

Storage. Submissions are stored in a secured database with access limited to Manu Arya and systems operated on his behalf. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are applied consistent with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to hello@circle.manuarya.com.
